Course: MSE614

This blog contains the workings of four young professional engineers that work in a variety of industries and have a wealth of educational background. Graduate students in MSE614 Intelligent Manufacturing, guided by Professor I Costea, Manufacturing Systems Engineering and Management MSEM Dept.

The content that is discussed in these blogs are primarily focused on the topics of Intelligent/Smart/Advanced Manufacturing, uses of AI in manufacturing, as well as Artificial Intelligent (AI) concepts. Lean, Sigma, MPR methods and Machine Learning (ML). Artificial Intelligence is thoroughly integrated with each article that is shared on this blog. Much of the discussions are how AI is currently being developed to influence the stock market, gambling, species to AI interactions, and numerous aspects that play a significant role in daily life.

Machine Learning as we commonly know it is a collection of metadata, interpretation methods, complex algorithms, and predictive analysis tools that are used to solve or bring a problem to a more definite end. Production of products and resources have most recently seen a spike in predictive analysis software systems that are used to optimize production processes and a number of other technological activities by using historical and present data to make decisions on future process executions.
This blog is intended for anyone looking to study up on or has a genuine interest in Artificial Intelligence and/or Machine Learning. It is encouraging for all readers to take a moment to comment on the articles posted and share one’s thoughts on their perspective of the influence of current/future AI capabilities.
